Kai Roland Green

Kai Roland Green is a postdoctoral researcher (gender, social enterprise and creative industries) and a theatre dramaturg. Kai has worked in many different worlds, from circuses to oil rigs, and tries to bridge research and practice by understanding how innovation emerges in particular gendered and sensory environments. Kai has an MSc. in Social Entrepreneurship and Management and a PhD in Social Innovation from Roskilde University, where he studied the feminist political economy of money and alternative currencies. Kai currently researches and teaches at Aarhus University on a project understanding the politics and aesthetics of the ecosystem for women entrepreneurs in Denmark. Kai also support academic network-building through board and editorial roles for the EMES Network, the Creative Industries Entrepreneurship group at ISBE, the Kvinder, Køn & Forskning journal, the Masculinities in the Digital Era (MADE) research group at AU, and the Culture and Arts in Social Enterprise (CASE) research group.
